• Non catalytic converter equipped
• May require header reducer with O2 fitting on 1980 and later models
• Installation requires left side A/C bracket part number 555-30782 . 1979 and later vehicles with short compressors can use the stock bracket
• Models with an alternator/generator mounted on the head will require bracket number 555-30780
• 1987 may require left side A/C bracket part number 555-30782

Special Exhaust Headers Notes:

• Due to variations in engine and vehicle configurations, installation of aftermarket headers may require minor modifications
• Common adjustments include power-steering or A/C bracket relocation, dipstick tube modification, or clearance for steering shaft and clutch linkage
• Inspect for worn or collapsed motor mounts, and verify clearance for spark plugs, wires, brake lines, and transmission or fuel lines
