This DEI 50297 ATAC Red Oxide Primer is a 100% Acrylic resin water-based latex primer that seals and primes metal for DEI's ATAC coating and many other latex paints and top coats. Its excellent waterproofing and chemical resistance properties allow it to be used alone without a top coat.
