Maximum Performance Gaskets

Cometic Multi-Layer Extreme (MLX) Cylinder Head Gaskets are built with FKM-coated stainless steel outer layers, a PTFE topcoat, and an integrated stopper layer for a superior seal. The gasket's sealing ring improves clamp load around the cylinder without increasing bore distortion (no sealant or re-torquing necessary). MLX performance gaskets are available for most aftermarket heads and they are ideal for use on diesels with elevated cylinder pressure from forced induction and heavy loads.
