The Precision Turbo PT7175 CEA Street and Race Turbocharger is a premium turbocharger with no shortage of cutting edge technology. The compressor wheel is milled out of 2618 forged aluminum and features Precision Turbo's proprietary Competition Engineered Aerodynamics (CEA) technology. The air cooled center section utilizes dual ceramic ball bearings for added thrust load capacity and longevity.
The PT7175 CEA is the perfect choice for a guy who is not interested in making 1000 hp, but would rather have no turbo lag. It has the same technology as the PT7675, but with a smaller compressor wheel that will spool up much faster. This is ideal for a 5.0 Fox Body or a 5.3 LS that wants a nice wide power band with good transient response, while still making 700 HP.
