The Smallest Profile 44mm Wastegate Available
The MV-R 44mm wastegate is more compact than any current 44 or 46mm wastegate on the market. This ultra-compact design is only 4-3/16'' high which allows this external wastegate to be mounted in some tight locations. This TiAL wastegate also features two top air ports and three bottom air ports for easy installation - no need to rotate the actuator housing to get to a port. TiAL even includes plugs to block off any unused air ports. The valve and lower housing are constructed from high temperature alloys for their unique combination of high corrosion, wear and galling resistance properties. The actuator housing is CNC machined from lightweight billet aluminum which is available color anodized for a unique appearance. All TiAL wastegates are designed to optimize actuator-to-valve area ratio to provide maximum control and a wide dynamic flow capacity. This unit is also a direct bolt on for their V44.

- 17-7 PH Stainless Steel actuator spring gives consistent pressure at high temperature, resist ''relaxing'' at temperature to 900°F (483°C)

- Integrated -04 AN water cooling ports (water ports (2): M8 x 1.0 thread) that cycle a small amount of coolant through the actuator top to keep the temperatures down in extreme conditions such as road racing. These are leak tested after installation from the factory and can be removed if not utilized.
