These intercooler cores are designed for forced induction engines found in motorsport, marine and industrial applications. Furthermore, their overall strength and durability make them capable of handling even the most extreme, high boost, race applications. Vibrant offers a range of intercooler cores sized small enough for ATVs, Snowmobiles and Genset Generators; and big enough for 1300+ horsepower gasoline or diesel race engines. Each Intercooler Core is cleaned and prepared to be ready to weld right out of the box.

The overall strength and durability of these intercoolers make them capable of handling even the most extreme, high boost, race applications. Traditional intercoolers with a tube and fin construction have a limited cooling capacity, while the Vibrant bar & plate Intercoolers deliver significantly cooler, denser air to your engine.
All Vibrant Performance intercooler assemblies include a pair of stainless steel "Easy Mount" bracket assemblies and required hardware. These bracket assemblies bolt on to the intercooler end tanks to make mounting your intercooler significantly easier. Vibrant Intercoolers are available with and without tig welded cast aluminum end tanks in three core sizes. All intercoolers with end tanks are pressure tested to ensure a leak free assembly.
