Royal Purple Max Gear Oil
Royal Purple Synthetic Max Gear Oil is ultra-tough, high performance gear oil that provides maximum protection, eliminates wear and reduces friction for heavily loaded gears under severe conditions. It is recommended for use in car, truck and SUV front or rear differentials, manual transmissions and lower gear units of marine engines that specify the use of an API GL-4 or GL-5 fluid. Max Gear is non-corrosive to soft yellow metals (brass, bronze, copper, etc.) and is also transmission synchronizer safe. Max Gear also outperforms competing conventional and synthetic gear oils by using Royal Purple's proprietary Synerlec® additive and the highest quality synthetic oils. Contains anti-slip additives for posi/anti-slip differentials.
