The additive package in Brad Penn ''Penn-Grade 1'' High-Performance Oils feature increased levels of ZDDP (zinc dialkyldithiophosphate) that provide excellent anti-wear protection. Anti-foam agents are employed to reduce foaming and air entrainment produced from crankcase windage. This oil also uses highly effective detergents, anti-oxidants, and dispersants to offer thermal and oxidative breakdown protection by reducing varnish and deposit formation.
