Oil Preheaters element is designed specifically for heating oil, it will not scorch or boil the oil like "Converted water heater" designs. With 212 watts of power it raises temperature of 12 quarts of oil 60°F in about 30 minutes. Element screws into place. It comes with a aluminum 1" NPT fitting. Length of heating element is 4.5" from fitting to tip and comes with a detachable 7 foot cord. Rated at 120 volts.
