SplineDrive Lug Nuts combine style and performance. A no-compromise design engineered to fit small diameter recesses in Tuner style wheels. SplineDrive lug nuts offer closed-end design, maximum gripping power, more stud engagement and a greater seating surface than socket style lug nuts. In addition they are 30% lighter in weight. Like all McGard lug nuts, the chrome with black PVD plating is guaranteed for life not to rust, chip or peel. The easy-to-use, one-piece wheel locks function like regular lug nuts, but require a special key tool for installation and removal. The computer generated key designs allow for an infinite number of key patterns. McGard manufactures wheel locks and lug nuts in the USA to meet or exceed O.E.M. standards for safety and durability. Every lug nut and wheel lock is fully machined from restricted chemistry steel made specifically for McGard and through-hardened for its unsurpassed level of safety. McGard Tuner Style Spline Drive Lug Nuts and Lug Nut Kits are designed with triple-coated black or nickel chrome plating to last for life without chipping or rusting. These lug nuts feature a special small diameter spline drive allowing them to be installed into specialty aftermarket wheel lug holes and require a special spline drive tool for installation and removal. The tuner style lug nut kits for 4-lug (16 lug kits) and 5-lug (20 lug kits) vehicles include spline drive lug nuts, wheel locks, a spline drive installation and removal tool, a special wheel lock key tool plus a wheel lock key I.D. card and storage pouch. Individual four packs of spline drive wheel locks are available and include a special wheel lock key tool. Individual four packs of tuner style lug nuts are available but do not include the spline drive tool, which can be purchased separately.
