JEGS 72053 Spray-On Bedliner is a two-component urethane truck bed coating specifically designed to withstand extreme conditions. It can be used in various applications, including automotive, marine, home, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and recreational. JEGS Spray-On Bedliner has a unique chemistry and provides an exceptional bond to bare steel, sealing the surface from harsh elements. It can be applied over small areas of bare steel, eliminating the need for a pretreatment primer. Additionally, it is V.O.C. (Volatile Organic Compounds) compliant across North America. Perfect for protecting Truck Beds, Truck Floors, Jeep Interior Floors, automotive underbody, and much more.

JEGS 555-72053 Premium Spray-on Urethane Bedliner Kit Includes:

• (5) Black Urethane Spray-on Bedliner (Five 24 oz. Bottles)
• (2) Urethane Activator (Two 20 oz. Cans)
• (1) Body Shultz Spray Gun
• (2) Measuring Cups

Application:

• The surface should be cleaned of all grease, oil, dirt, rust, and other contaminants
• Bedliner should be applied when the temperature is between 60-85 degrees Fahrenheit & humidity is less than 70 percent
• Mix one quart of bedliner at a time
• Pot life is 60 minutes at 72 degrees Fahrenheit, 50 percent RH (relative humidity), Potlife will decrease as temperatures increase
• DO NOT APPLY IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT

Drying Times:

• Air Dry: 4-6 hours
• Force Dry: 30 minutes at 120 degrees Fahrenheit
• Dry-to-Touch: 1 hour at 72 degrees Fahrenheit, 50 percent RH (relative humidity) subject to film buildup

In-Service Times:

• Light Duty: 48 hours at 72 degrees Fahrenheit, 50 percent RH (relative humidity) Air Dry
• Regular Duty: 5 days at 72 degrees Fahrenheit, 50 percent RH (relative humidity) Air Dry

• Application Using a Body Schutz Spray Gun (Included):  Requires 60-80 psi air pressure to operate. Texture can be changed by altering air pressure, distance, and number of coats (See Images above for Texture Samples). It is always recommended to spray a test panel before applying.
  
  
• Application Using an HVLP Spray Gun: The recommended gun setup is 1.8 mm to 2.4 mm. The Urethane Liquid Bedliner will need to be reduced up to 15% with a quality Urethane Grade or Zero V.O.C Reducer to be sprayed with an HVLP Gun. It is always recommended to spray a test panel before applying.
