Each set uses mild steel, smooth flowing, CNC mandrel bent tubes, that are hand-welded to ensure each pair is identical to the next. Hedman's unique, gasketless ball and socket collector design allows your Big Block Chevy exhaust system to bolt up, even if it is not perfectly aligned with the header collectors.

These LONG-TUBE headers fit a variety of BB Chevy (396-454) powered 1967-77 Chevy passenger cars. Model like, 1967-69 Camaros, 64-77 Chevelles and El Caminos, 68-74 Novas, and 1965-70 Belair, Impala and Biscayne models. The smooth 1-3/4 in tube design provides ample exhaust flow to let your 396-454 Chevy engine breathe easy, and produce maximum horsepower and torque.  These headers are uncoated, and ship from the factory with a temporary black paint that will burn off when submitted to normal operating temperatures. Also available with ceramic-metallic finish.

Each set includes a pair of gaskets, header flange bolts and collector bolts. No collector gasket is needed. Hedman Hedders is so confident in the quality of its headers that these headers are factory backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
