- Welding time is best viewed in 10-minute blocks, with the Duty Cycle being a percentage of that time.
- Example: At 200 Amps with a 20% Duty Cycle, weld for 2 minutes and cool for 8 minutes in a 10-minute block.
- Exceeding the Duty Cycle causes the Welder to shut off automatically, while the fan continues to cool the components.
- When safe temperature is reached, the Welder automatically resumes output.
- To increase the duty cycle, decrease the Voltage Output control.
