Traction Bar,Leaf Spring for Camaro/Firebird 1970-81, Competition Engineering Competition Leaf Springs are designed especially for Stock Eliminator and Bracket Race Cars with leaf Springs. These bars eliminate wheel hop and improve traction by applying the forcewith normally produces unwanted axle rotation onto a downward force where the tire meets the pavement. Sturdy 2.5" x 1.5" x .12" wall steel tubing is capable of handling horsepower levels up to 500 hp. Bar length designed so that snubber locates under spring eye for maximum traction.
